File a written complaint against Banfield with the State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners. (May be called something a little different in your state.) Call the Office of Consumer Protection or your Attorney Generals Office and ask where to file your complaint.

Dont let them get away with their ignorance! Good luck!

Banfield Pet Hospital in Rockwall, Texas - Banfield is a load of ***

The expect their employees to work twelve hour days, no break, no lunch, and many of the vet techs there are not certified in any way, have never attended school for this job. At the clinic I was at some of the 'techs' were high school drop outs. They have some crocked training course that anyone with basic English could pass, and it don't matter if you pass or not. When they take your pet out of the room it is so other techs can 'practice' on them. And its not pretty. Twenty to thirty pokes with a needle in the neck just to teach these so called techs how to do it. They will try and sneak services in and charge you for them. Do not ever get sucked into the wellness plan! Its a trap. All the services that thing is selling could be purchased from an low cost or even a regular clinic for a fraction of the cost. Avoid this place. I quit after just a month. I am a licensed tech with twelve years experience, I don't need this joke.

Banfield Pet Hospital in Dallas, Texas - THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY

I bought a puppy in December and thought the Wellness Plan seemed like a good deal. They talked me into adding the neuter and now fast forward 2 months we decide we're not cut out for a puppy and now have to pay for the neuter we didn't even get! They also nicked me for a non refundable 40$ sign up fee that they failed to mention. It isn't worth the money and you don't save much going this route. I waited on the phone for at least 20 minutes before I could even talk to the rude woman telling me I was screwed and "sorry".

Banfield Pet Hospital in Overland Park, Kansas - WORST experience concerning veterinary care.

If you care about the well-being of your pet, I recommend ANYWHERE BUT BANFIELD. I had the WORST experience at the Overland Park Banfield. I feel this company only cares about profit, not about customer relations or the quality of services for the pets they care for. I was charged for appointments I never got to go to because of personal issues, I explained how me and my partner lost all of our credit cards and personal items in a fire, and there was no understanding. So they took the $700 from the wellness plan, for appointments we NEVER got to go to, to a debt agency. We are two 21 year olds trying to get by, sometimes we don't even have money for food. So we asked since we are going to pay it anyway if we could reschedule the appointments we missed for our pets. THE ANSWER WAS NO. I have never had a worse experience with veterinary professionals. DO NOT GO TO BANFIELD. This is the first time I have ever even written a bad review, my experience was that awful.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE!!! ITS JUST MONEY TRAP... I MADE APPOINTMENT TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH OUR CAT BECAUSE HE WAS SNEEZING FOR 2 WEEKS. THE VET STARTED TALKING ABOUT THEIR PLANS BEFORE EVEN CHECKING MY CAT AND KEPT INSISTING THAT I NEEDED TO GET A PLAN. FINALLY AFTER I ASKED TO KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAT SHE BRIEFLY EXAMINED HIM NOT PAYING MUCH ATTENTION, NOT CHECKING HIS FEVER OR LISTENING HIS LUNGS WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY STRANGE..WHEN I DENIED TO ENROLL IN TO THEIR PLANS THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $180 FOR CLAVOMAX (WHICH I GOT FOR $36 FROM ANOTHER LOCAL VET AFTER I LEFT THEM)PLUS EXAM FEE... Do you remember the vet's name by any chance? I live very close to you and 2 vets at the Deptford, NJ Banfield killed my Pomeranian, Missy on 11/25/2014.

I am looking for other victims of theirs. I have found a couple. The vets rotate Banfields so I was wondering if you saw one of the two that killed my sweet doggie? They were Sara Garrison and Amber Karwacki.

I have pictures of them I can send you. You can see their pictures on my website banfieldkilledmissy.com

I have a complaint filed against them with the state which is still under investigation. I would love to collect statements from other clients of theirs saying how incompetent they are to help strengthen my case.

I am devastated by what they put my dog through that day. They need to be held accountable.

Please read this ladys other posts as weloveparrots is not to be trusted.She got a sick dog from someone.The dog had heart problems.She only had the dog 6 months.She brought the dog in while he was in distress due to his heart problem and he died.She cannot accept that the vet was not jesus and could not raise the dog from the dead.She has a very mean and cruel campain all over the web about this with another insane person named regret a vet whose favorite vet has been in trouble with malpractice with the state.And to you weloveparrots .....Someday you will be held accountable when you get a lawsuit for slander.

We have dog who is 3 years old who has been going to Banfield since he was a puppy and also gets he's grooming done at petsmart. But everytime he has an apoointment we always fine something wrong with one of his legs or he has huge scrapes on his skin after his hair cuts. And now we're getting charged extra to cancel the automatic payments for the wellness plan.

I some how got sucked into the wellness program too, but anyway I go to the Banfield in Beavercreek ohio ( 5 yrs) every time I never get the same vet, never see the same people, always a big turn over in employees. Had a physical exam 2/26/15 for my dog. ( they always want to take your pet into the back room for the exam).Not me I want to to be with my dog so they preformed the exam in the room. Went to draw blood, from the jugular vein an this ( so- called ) vet Dr Bkooke Lohrey(JABED my dog 4 times ) very thrustfully that caused my dog a lot of unnecessary pain. Then went for another procedure an my dog had had enough of it an they had to restrain her she tried to *** them! In short very unprofessional..

I admire you that you didnt let them take your dog into the back to examine him. I wish I would have thought of that on the day they took my dog from me and examined her in the back, then she would still be alive. They did all kinds of unnecessary things to her without my knowledge or consent and ended up killing her.
