Banfield Pet Hospital - Service Cancellation Review from Dundalk, Maryland
I have been a loyal costumer for over a year and when I found out that I wasn't really getting 20% off my pet visits and medications I tried to cancel my service it would not let me. To this day it still won't let me and they are saying that I owe them $300.00 , there's no way I owe them after trying to cancel my service after a whole year. Banfield is a RIPOFF and I will be taking legal action.

I had a horrible experience with Banfield that is continuing to affect my career. I was financially taken advantage of, verbally and publicly berated by their hospital manager and lead technician, was forced to work unpaid through my lunch breaks, and had my time punches changed so that the hospital manager could avoid accruing overtime hours. I submitted a written report documenting all of this to Banfield three weeks ago, and they have yet to respond. They didn't say, "we are looking forward to this, we will get back to you." They just ignored me. I'm really hoping that someone contacts me soon, if at all.

Banfield doesn't give a *** about their employees. I was financially taken advantage of, publicly verbally berated by their hospital manager and "lead technician," had my time stamps changed by the hospital manager in order to avoid overtime, and was forced to work (unpaid) during my lunch breaks. To make things worse, when the hospital manager found out everyone wanted to transfer due to her abuse, she wrote us all up and gave us negative progress reports so no one else would take us (despite several of us having glowing reviews by our supervising veterinarians). I submitted a written report to Banfield's Associate Relations Team THREE WEEKS AGO and have yet to hear back. They didn't say, "we are looking into this, we will get back to you" or even reply. Just ignored me. I'm hoping someone will reply soon (if at all). You have my contact information. I would prefer an email response.
Banfield Pet Hospital in Aurora, Colorado - Disgraceful Treatment of Staff
Most of staff including Vets had to reapply for their jobs at S.Aurora CO store and were effectively forced out. Best Vet in the area(Dr. Starman who built the practice) was included in this process. After 10 years going to Banfield, despite its terrible reputation, our loyalty was to Dr. Starman and her team. Now they have gone, we will be following! If this is how they treat their employees, imagine what they think of the pets! My advice is find another Vets, or better still find where Dr. Starman goes and follow her there. I would not want to work for Banfield as they have shown their loyalty to their employees!
