So my 9 year old dog passed away a month and a half ago. Banfield finally calledcalled me saying they had received my dogs ashes this past friday.
I was in the hospital that day & saturday with my wife due to pregnancy complications. I called on Monday to pick up the ashes & they said they were moved by one of the staff and they cannot be located.
They have searched all day and still cannot locate his ashes or the other items that were to come with it. Not happy at all about this, it was tough losing him and now we can't even get his ashes.
