I have a wellness plan for my 1.5 year old havanese mix. He was taken in on a Monday for his yearly exam.

When he came home he had diarrhea and was puking. I called the vet and left a message indicated my concern. I did not receive a call back until that Sunday. I took him in as indicated only to be turned away because they were "over booked." The sign saying "we take care of sick dogs first" on the door is clearly a lie.

My dog continues to show signs of a high fever, diarrhea, loss of appetite and sluggish personality. I will have to take him elsewhere. This place is a complete scam. I pay 50$ a month for absolutely nothing.

Not sure what they did to my dog in the first place, but he will not be going back. Don't take your pets here, they don't care about your animal, they are only trying to get money.
