Very poor customer service at Daytona beach Banfield office. Very poor process to evaluate customer complaints.

Headquarters does not and will not contact a customer which is dissatisfied My complaint is very legitimate. I have been paying into the wellness program for my cat a total of 14 years. I guess it really does not matter how long you have been paying your dues. Neither the company headquarters or the local office at Daytona Beach Florida does not care.

Both seem to be operating very incompetent on handling complaints. My complaint involves bringing my cat into their office three times ( leaving her once for two hours ) and the procedure has not been done. I have been promised over and over again that someone from the headquarters special team would contact me about my complaint.

It has never happened. All I can do is keep writing, phoning and spending a lot of time attempting to get a procedure performed which is guaranteed under the wellness program.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Feel for you.

We lived in Colorado Springs & had great service from Banfield.

Now we are in Lake Worth, Tx area & it is terrible.

Individual appts are not available. Drop offs are all they want; no matter age if pet.

I can call about an issue one day & no record of it the next.

Going to a private vet place from now on so our dogs can receive better care.
