I have encounter the same problem at Banfield Ocoee location as they stated the company was no longer private owned location and is now owned corporately by Banfield, therefore, the policy has changed and the dog must be dropped off. I wonder I it will be ok if the doctor that sees them make them wait in cage for hours just to do routine test.

I think this is very poor service provided to pets especially when the company promotes this excellent theme of care in their wellness plan, however, caging an animal or my baby all day it's not acceptable. I am paying for this service.

Product or Service Mentioned: Banfield Pet Hospital Wellness Plan.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

You can decline drop-offs. It is your right as a client.

You should be able to make a scheduled appointment for a routine check up. I know Banfield offers drop off services for clients who due to their work schedule are unable to wait or schedule a weekday appointment. As long as your schedule is flexible request an actual date and time appointment.
