After making an appointment, I waited over 1/2 hour to see the vet. The vet recommended x-rays; although I told her I would wait in the lobby she asked for my cell phone # and then called another number so my daughter came to the hospital to pick up the dog.

She promised an estimate the next day but didn't call me with one so I went to pick one up in person. The cost of the surgery was twice the estimate. When I showed the vet the estimate, she refused to do anything about it.

I wouldn't recommend this pet hospital (in Roseville) to anyone.
