I have been paying for a year now for 2 dogs on the wellness plan. One Vet.
quit so they were short handed and appointments were rescheduled again and again. Then I called with an emergency, not a dyer emergency but still an emergency, my Min-Pin had slipped under the fence in my yard and needed stitches she was not bleeding it was a clean slice. The response I received at 4pm in the afternoon while they were open was "We are not an emergency facility you will have to take your dog elsewhere for emergency treatment. We will not see her here.
Apparently their wellness plan which covers "free" office visits does not include when you need them! I had to take my little girl to another close by clinic where I was welcomed with open arms and happily paid them $245. to fix my Reba's leg.
My dog was the first patient at the Leominster Banfield and I referred many people to them over the last year just to be treated like this!
They are just out to collect your money they do not care about your beloved pets! Do not trust them!
