We have been Banfield clients for 7 years, and we moved from Cary NC where the Banfield was awesome, to Greer’s SC and the Banfield here has never been hitting on much. The front desk people are not friendly and continually act like it is a burden for them to their job.

I called yesterday morning to set up an appt. for my shepherd, the young woman who answered the phone sounded extremely inexperienced and it was a struggle to get info for an appt out of her. We finally settled on Saturday, and I repeated it to her Saturday 6/16 since she did not indicate a date and she confirmed it. When I arrived, she was not there, but had my appt for the following Saturday.

She also said my prescription for Rimadyl would be ready and there was nothing in the system for it to be ready.

Almost 2 years, and it continues to be frustrating. We will be pulling our records and going to another veterinarian.
