I am in Florida and
Try to get a sonogram of my dog because he cant get dental cleaning until he gets a second sonogram done in Lakeland New York. They said they cant do it then I qualified to do this service and told me to go to outside agency and they thousands of dollars after I already have services with John, I authorize my aunt deborah cuevas, Moncayo and Joseph Rogers my uncle permission to talk to U-Haul and to be added on my paperwork.

I took my puppy here for his first shots and to be dewormed and spent $150 on the visit . They check me in and took my puppy Charlie in the back for his shots and so he could be dewormed.
The woman brought him to me with his paw bleeding all over the place that's how they treat a customer puppy there so unprofessional and negligence on their part.
I was so upset that they hurt my puppy and he has never been the same since because they took it upon themselves to cut his nails without asking me was that ok with me .. Charlie means the world to me and I can't believe they would hurt a innocent puppy that way and I don't feel safe ever bringing my puppy back to this place again now in order to cancel they want me to give them another $300 for them hurting my puppy . It's wrong of them to charge me because they hurt my puppy and I refuse to do anymore business with this place so they can hurt my puppy again NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS WOULD I PUT MY PUPPY IN DANGER AGAIN WITH THIS PLACE .

Rude workers
Before my cats appointment I verified the price the visit would be before I went there and I was told the only thing I had to pay for was the price for the shot 20-30$. When my pet came back from room the doctor told me I was all set I misinterpreted and thought we were all set to go home.
The receptionist then proceeded to call me 3-4 times bc I forgot to check out, so my husband went in to check out and they tired to get him to pay 100$. I misunderstood when I originally asked for the price of the visit and thought I was only responsible for the shot price not the office visit as well.
When I tried to talk to the receptionist on the phone about the misunderstanding she was VERY rude and proceeded to tell me that they didnt want to talk to me because me and my husband were rude and we had to call collections to take care of the payment because they no longer wanted to speak to me and hung up on me.
Now I have NO problem paying the visit price I wasnt prepared for that today. Had the receptionist let me get 2 words out I would of been able to tell her Ill make a partial payment today and pay the rest when I get paid in 2weeks.
I apologize for the misunderstanding but the receptionist had NO right to treat me like that. She was rude from the moment I walked in and should be talked to about how she needs to treat people in customer service.

I have been going to Banfield since 2014 and it was the best things me and my dog experienced. The last 3 or 4 years are terrible, you can not get in for a appointment,
The doctors are not very knowledgeable
The assistance dosent even have certification or knowledge
They treat dedicated customers bad,
They will schedule a new person before you and tell you no appointments for 6 months
The managers are so inexperienced, they don't know what to do for you or how to help you.
I don't thinks this is because Covid, like everyone says ,is Covid.
Not true it's just a company that doesn't care about there customers and there going down hill. There are a lot of bad companies out there that don't think customers are worth anything, Well I hope those companies go down fast and for good.

Multiple Bad Experiences
Banfield was the closest and most convenient place for us to go which was the only reason why we even tried it. I do not recommend anyone ever bring their pet to Banfield.
We had only bad experiences. At first the pricing was insane, I complained that every time I bring my dog in, no matter what its for Im spending at least $200, which is nuts. Then the person at the front desk said if you sign up for the wellness plan you wont ever be paying that anymore. Me being stupid trusted her, just to find out that I still end up paying $180-250 per visit still.
I brought my poor dog in probably 5-6 times for a skin condition that none of them could figure out a single time, and not only that, but there were 2 veterinarians at one location that were afraid of my dog for no reason at all. They used way too high of a dosage of the meds that put her to sleep in order to clip her nails etc. She was messed up the following day too, even though they said it would wear off soon. My dog used to be fine at the vet prior to bringing her to any Banfield locations.
Now she is freaked out every time we bring her to a new vet. I truly believe they just hired regular people with no vet experience or schooling. We tried multiple locations with the same results. Insanity.
We have a friend that took their dog to Banfield as well and they almost killed it because they gave it too many shots of different vaccines at once. Their dog is 4 pounds. Multiple reviews of peoples dogs dying too. Do you research and do not go to Banfield if you care about your pet.
Im not one to write bad reviews, but Im still ticked off about all of this.
Not to mention Banfield customer service did nothing when I called several times to complain. Crooked if you ask me.

I took a year-long plan with Banfield. Here are my complaints
1.
You can not go in with your pet. I understood that when we were in the midst of Covid but now, everything is pretty well open. They take your pet back to do whatever but you cannot go back with your pet. That's like letting your baby see the pediatrician without you going into the room.
Makes me very uncomfortable. Who knows what they are doing to your pet
2. My plan included the monthly medication for heartworm, fleas and ticks. The last two times they say I have received all the medication and I now have to pay for it.
My contract goes Through September. Obviously, someone has mistakenly recorded that I received medication for my dog when I did not. I had no choice but to pay for the medication or my dog would get sick. I believe that someone has made a mistake in recording but no one will take human error into account.
I will not renew my contract with this organization.
They could have easily given me the medication which probably cost them pennies but they were insistent that I pay for it. Poor customer service

So you let your dog outside in the yard unsupervised with a cast on? You are supposed to only leash walk pets with casts for this reason
