No one answered my repeated phone calls fore almost four days. I finally had Pet Smart give them my phone number and three hours later they called and sais I did not have an appointment. Further our pet was hyper (your cage made her so) and we could only have a late afternoon appointment. Why pay monthly for this kind of treatment. REALLY, REALLY STINKS
