When I found out that Banfield is not a full service vet and that if my pet needed anything more than a vaccination I decided to cancel my plan. Waited 11 months to cancel.
Went to Banfield for last apt and was told I have to call the # or go online. Called the #... Closed for the next 3 days... Went online but could not get signed in to their weird site.
Called back in 3 days... on a different time zone so called back later that day. Waited on hold for 40 minutes... REALLY?...
yes I did. Got disconnected. Called NOW I'M REALLY UPSET... tried to talk to a person.
The person I talked to said there wasn't any person there in the OWP department... guess that's why I was on hold for all that time. Asked to talk to a customer service manager... they apparently don't have those.
Was told it's all "automated". then the person on the phone said "I'm hanging up now if you want to call back later do so." And she did.
I'm still no farther along than I was 11 months ago. Think about this as you sign the dotted line.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $523.
Preferred solution: Cancel my plan.
