We signed up for the wellness plan and even though we were able to pay the plan they "hood winked" us with our plan and have now sent us to collections for services we already paid for. The pet hospital policy is they will only schedule the teeth cleaning after you have paid 6 months of payments.

At six months the vet said our dog's teeth were so clean we didn't need the cleaning at 6 months, so they delayed the teeth cleaning until later. The cleaning was scheduled 9 months later. So we paid 15 months straight without receiving the largest plan benefit. After many poor interactions with vets, staff and corporate we attempted to cancel our plan they are now stating we owe them for another year because of that teeth cleaning.

We paid for it ahead of time but they want us to pay for an additional year. We rarely saw the same vet twice. The service was poor and very short and not accommodating. The corporate customer service was very robotic and never solved or attempted to solve any issues.

They just referred me back to the local pet hospital. The WORST thing was they tried to take teeth from our dogs that were not necessary. The teeth are still intact and per a second opinion they are all fine. They are looking for money ONLY!!!

So disappointed.

Don't do it! Run for your life!
