First and last time visiting. Was treated unfairly by the technician for the first 5-7 minutes.

She acted as though she was the one getting paid for the services. Her goal was to run a bill. Too pushy. It made me feel like she didn’t care about my dog.

She also wanted to sell me a service plan; suggested blood work etc when the vet had not even seen my dog yet. I was there for vaccines! The vet was kind, but I’m sure she was able to read the look in my face. Stand your ground and don’t let any tech intimidate you!

The vet wasn’t so good either. Wished I could tell her how awful her vet tech/assistant was.
