Called today regarding my baby's ear infection. Talked to Haley in the Hilliard ohio location.

She was extremely rude!! I am asking about his follow up appt where they are also doing a cleaning and we would like to have our dog chipped. She interrupted me and said "I thought the point of this call was about your dogs ears?" Who says that!! When I asked for her manager she told me she was the only there so there is no else I could speak to.

She was rude and I do not care if she has been there for three years or not clearly you should never be to clients! I want a call back I am beyond upset. My dog is my world if I can't rely on his vet what am I suppose to Do?

I guess look for a new vet! I had been going to Polaris for years we moved so this location was new to us.
