My pet and my daughter were treated very nasty by Tracy and the Vet. Tracy charged fees that she did not disclose prior to treatment.
Then she tried to force us to have our credit ran for a care credit account, and threatened that if we don’t pay or get approved then the bill goes to collections after 24 hours. I spoke with Tracy over the phone, Tracy was very rude and judgmental saying “I don’t know what YALL PEOPLE got going on but here at Banfield, we send accounts to collections if payment is not made after 24 hours” she was also very rude and kept cutting me off.
I asked if we could be billed, she said no, payment must be made or care credit account must be opened to pay. When asking if we can get the bill and our pet she kept going back to payment and threatening with collections.
