I didn't get a good service since my first day. Front desk people very busy, they barely make things happen.

Personal experience, I called for appointment two times and whoever is at service, said "I am going to make a note and I am going to have the doctor call you back for you pet situation. I never received a single call.

Once I got an appointment at hospital, the game of waiting for not less than five hours and a bill for $200 and my pet thirsty and hungry, as usual. Not to mention monthly payments, prescription drugs, and.........
