location. This place has lied to us from the beginning. The first appt we were seen in a room with back to back appt times. The next appt we were told that they don’t do in room appts.
We would have to drop our cats off all day to be seen without us. After telling the receptionist we don’t want to drop them off, she said that we must not trust them. At this point we didn’t know any better, of course we don’t trust them now. After speaking with an office manager, we were told we could bring them in for in office appts on separate days.
How inconvenient! Then, after saying we wanted a specific plan, we were put on a different one. After bringing this to their attention, we were not offered the ability to switch plans. We only found out we could switch plans easily mid year when we called to cancel the plan altogether.
Next, we called the office because one our cats couldn’t *** He was visibly upset and had a fever. We were told it was not an emergency and to wait one week for the next available appt. we called a different banfield hospital and was told to come in right away because it was urgent. Lastly, our cats were vaccinated for something we were very adamant about them not being vaccinated for.
Without explaining why they should be vaccinated, they did it anyways in the back room. We only found out about it later from a different vet at the clinic.
When we confronted the vet that gave the vaccine, she called us a liar, then deleted the vaccine from their records.
The pay per month plans may seem nice, but you end up paying more over the course of the year because your animals will be given things they don’t need. Please, if you want what it best for your pets, don’t even think about going here!
