On Feb. 7th 2017 my dog had a 104 temperature.
She has been going to Banfield since she was 6 weeks old. Upon calling Banfield they refused to treat my dog which I pay monthly for. I do this as I travel and liked the peace of mind in case on an emergency. They told me by law they could not take her in.
Another person working the next day told me that is not true and they should have accepted my dog.
I had to rush her to a new vet who gladly took her in and nursed her back to health. Goodbye Banfield, you lost a loyal and paying customer!
