Contacted them about continuous charges after cancelling a plan and I was called irresponsible for "not keeping track of payments" when I've been paying them every time. Their systems are screwy, workers on site are polite and helpful, but they can't do anything on site due to how their system works.
Calling customer service is pointless.
The lady behind the line is just rude, talks to you like you're a *** and then insults you like they were doing their best to help. It's ridiculous.
