I've had Banfield pet Full Wellness insurance for my Xain for a year and it only covers blood testing one time. Xain is a 13 year old cat with health issues that Banfield Vets are unwilling to see him but by appointments only.

For the past two days now he's thrown up his Nutro can cat food even when he only eats small amounts the size of a baby spoon in a small saucer bowl.

THIS is nothing but a money grubing outfit, they only care about getting the $32.95 a month. If you need for your cat/dog to be seen today they tell you you'll need to make an appointment for tomorrow at the earliest, otherwise you should go to a pet Emergency hospital, well what the *** is the Wellness insurance plan for other than stealing my $32.95 a month plus extra for any and all medication plus specialty food.

Product or Service Mentioned: Banfield Pet Hospital Wellness Plan.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

And with those WELLNESS plans, you get a set amount of services in that time period that you have your plan. If you want insurance then get insurance.

It's not insurance, it's a WELLNESS plan. Banfield isn't an emergency hospital. Try getting a same say appointment with your GP
